Integrations

Troubleshooting

I can’t find a feature in the Portal

What you're seeing: A feature mentioned in docs isn’t visible in your Spotto UI.
Likely causes:

  • You’re in the wrong company/tenant context in the Portal.
  • Your role doesn’t have access to that area.
  • The feature is region-gated or not enabled for your plan. How to fix:
  1. Switch company context in the Portal and retry.
  2. Ask a company administrator to confirm your role/permissions.
  3. If it still doesn’t appear, contact us with the feature name and a screenshot of the left navigation.
